Practical placement in early childhood education settings. IMPORTANT: First Aid Unit Delivery (HLTAID012). Please note that the unit HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting contains mandatory practical assessment requirements (including performing CPR on the floor) and is not included in the online learning materials provided by Hammond Institute. Hammond Institute delivers the face-to-face training for this unit exclusively at our Dandenong, Victoria campus. If you are unable to attend the Dandenong campus: You are required to locate an accredited First Aid training provider in your local area (e.g., St John Ambulance, Red Cross, or a local RTO) to complete this unit at your own cost. You must then submit your Statement of Attainment to us for credit.
