Entry Requirements
- 1Completion of CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) OR Completion of CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) OR Completion of: CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability PLUS the CHCSS00125 Entry to Certificate IV in Disability Support Skill Set.
- 2Age: must be 17 years or over.
- 3Undertake Pre-Training Review.
- 4Undertake LLN assessment.
- 5Moderate level of computer literacy and access to a computer with internet.

Practical placement provides opportunity to apply knowledge in real-world disability support settings. To achieve CHC43121 â Certificate IV in Disability Support qualification the candidate must have completed at least 70 hours of work placement as detailed in the assessment requirements of the units of competency.
Placement Requirements
If a student is unable to find an appropriate work placement, Hammond Institute will assist in finding the work placement.
