Entry Requirements

  • 1Completion of CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) OR Completion of CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) OR Completion of: CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability PLUS the CHCSS00125 Entry to Certificate IV in Disability Support Skill Set.
  • 2Age: must be 17 years or over.
  • 3Undertake Pre-Training Review.
  • 4Undertake LLN assessment.
  • 5Moderate level of computer literacy and access to a computer with internet.

Practical placement provides opportunity to apply knowledge in real-world disability support settings. To achieve CHC43121 – Certificate IV in Disability Support qualification the candidate must have completed at least 70 hours of work placement as detailed in the assessment requirements of the units of competency.
